Additionally, applicants must submit their applications through the “Qilu Gonghui” app—via the “Seeking Knowledge and Realizing Dreams” channel of the Quancheng Trade Union, or through the “Quancheng Trade Union” WeChat official account—within the designated application period, and their applications must be approved step-by-step by trade unions at all levels. Employees who are newly enrolled in post-secondary (including associate’s degree) programs or higher during the 2020 academic year and whose applications are approved will each receive a study subsidy of 1,000 yuan. Each employee (at each educational level) is eligible to apply for the municipal-level education subsidy only once. Meanwhile, The Zhangqiu District Federation of Trade Unions provides matching subsidies. 500 yuan.

The time period for employees to apply for subsidies online is: From July 30 to October 10, 2020, the deadline for review by trade unions at all levels is October 15, 2020.
