“Achieving employee success and building a better home”—this is our beautiful vision. The trade union of Yin Ying Company organized the 4th Cooking Machinery Industry Competition and the 15th “Yin Ying Cup” Labor Skills Competition.

On April 27 and 29, theoretical and practical skill exams were conducted for 54 contestants across six trades: lathe operators, fitters, electric welders, foundry workers, computer operators, and computer draftsmen.

The contestants demonstrated the fine spirit of “friendship first, competition second,” and through intense competitions, fully showcased their skill levels. After fair and impartial grading and comprehensive evaluation by the relevant professional teachers, Sun Xianqiang, Jiao Qicai, Jiao Jian, Pan Xueyan, Jiao Fangchuan, and Sun Dejun each won first place in their respective events.

According to the spirit of Notice No. [2019]01 issued by the Chapter Cooking Association, outstanding contestants in each trade will be identified and specially commended and rewarded at a rate of 20%. The top three contestants in each trade will receive cash rewards of 600 yuan, 400 yuan, and 200 yuan, respectively.

This skills competition has further fostered a positive atmosphere among employees, encouraging them to hone their skills, enhance their capabilities, and strive to become model workers of the new era.
