The spring sunshine is bright and full of vitality. On the eighth day of the first lunar month, a delegation of more than ten leaders—including Li Changyong, Secretary of the Diaozhen Party Committee; Lu Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Town Mayor—came to Yin Ying for a visit and research. As construction kicked off in 2019, they brought with them the leadership’s support and care as well as the government’s warmth to all Yin Ying employees.

Accompanied by Li Zhongmin, the company’s Party branch secretary and general manager, as well as several deputy general managers, Secretary Li and his delegation toured the cooking machinery assembly plant and the machining plant.

General Manager Li gave a brief report to the leadership on the company’s operational performance in 2018 and its plans for 2019. General Manager Li pointed out that in 2018, with strong support and assistance from leaders at all levels, “Yinying” united its efforts and focused on the transformation of old and new growth drivers, shifting its business model and adjusting its structure. The company carried out the “Enterprise Innovation Year” campaign in depth, pursuing steady progress while seeking continuous improvement, and achieved certain accomplishments.

In 2019, we will continue to “stay true to our original aspiration and forge ahead with determination.” We plan to invest 20 million yuan to deepen our “quality enhancement” initiative, focusing on the R&D of new products and accelerating the shift from old to new growth drivers. We will also continue to step up efforts in technological upgrades and market development, and introduce automated production equipment.

“Liberating minds and pursuing innovation through change” is the overarching guiding principle for Yin Ying’s development in 2019. We will earnestly study and implement the important speeches delivered at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the provincial conference on the transformation of old and new growth drivers, General Secretary Xi Jinping’s series of remarks during his inspection tour of Shandong Province, and the symposium on private enterprises. We will take the lead in liberating our minds, breaking away from outdated patterns and constraints, and boldly embracing change and innovation. We will clearly recognize the current situation, strengthen our awareness of alignment, crisis awareness, and overall perspective, and maintain a positive and optimistic mindset. We will intensify our efforts to enhance our independent innovation capabilities, optimize our product structure, improve management standards and operational efficiency, and inject fresh vitality into our development. We will continue to step up technological upgrades and market expansion efforts, thereby enabling our enterprise to grow stronger and bigger.

At the same time, General Manager Li introduced “Yingying’s” mission, vision, and values. Going forward, all “Yingying people” will remain firmly committed to these mission, vision, and values, making unremitting efforts to fully leverage Yingying’s strengths as a leading enterprise in the “National Torch Zhangqiu Cooking Equipment Specialty Industrial Base” and the “Hometown of Cooking Machinery in Shandong Province.” We will tackle challenges head-on, take proactive initiatives, and accelerate our development with boundless enthusiasm and high fighting spirit, thereby providing strong support and impetus for the construction of the new Xiaocheng Town of Diao.
