To promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and jointly build beautiful, livable homes, in accordance with the deployment by the Party Committee and government of Diaozhen Town to launch the “100 Villages Partner 100 Enterprises and Chambers of Commerce Partner Fellow Villagers” initiative, on August 25, Jia Xiancai, Secretary-General of the Ru Shang Federation, Li Zhongmin, General Manager of Yin Ying Company, and their staff respectively connected with the heads of the villages that Yin Ying is paired to assist.

First, we entered Wangsan Village. Secretary Xu Yao’an of Wangsan Village provided an introduction to the village’s basic situation. Wangsan Village has a population of over 1,100 people and relies primarily on agriculture. The village has established a cooperative and several small and micro enterprises, though these businesses remain relatively small in scale. Young and middle-aged villagers mainly earn their living through wage employment, and the collective economy remains weak. While attendees fully recognized Wangsan Village’s exemplary practices and phased achievements in Party building, industrial development, and poverty alleviation efforts, they also engaged in a thorough discussion about the development bottlenecks and challenges encountered on the path to rural revitalization—particularly those related to job creation for villagers and the preservation and enhancement of collective assets.

Next, we arrived at Caozhuang Village. Secretary Li Changyong, the village secretary, was already waiting for us at the village entrance. Secretary Li led us to the village streets and briefed us on the village’s development progress. With projects serving as the driving force, Caozhuang Village is thriving, and villagers are fully enjoying the benefits of rural revitalization. The villagers now live in peace and prosperity. Moving forward, the village will take Party building as its guiding principle, collaborating with villages such as Tan Zhang and Shan Chen to create distinctive highlights and promote coordinated development, thereby improving the village’s appearance and enhancing the villagers’ sense of happiness. Mr. Li gave high praise to Caozhuang Village’s practice of focusing on people’s livelihoods and making concerted efforts to boost the collective income of the village. From the perspective of industrial development, he offered insightful suggestions on how Caozhuang Village could attract professional talent and develop specialized local industries.

During this matchmaking event, village leaders directly addressed existing challenges, while entrepreneurs offered valuable suggestions and advice. Both sides engaged in detailed exchanges and discussions—from selecting entry points for assistance to designing specific assistance projects—thereby further enriching the content of village-enterprise collaborative efforts and broadening the channels of cooperation. Entrepreneurs and village officials alike expressed their commitment to firmly follow the arrangements and deployments of the town party committee and government, fulfilling their duties conscientiously, playing their roles effectively, and strengthening their work to provide a powerful driving force for accelerating economic development in Diaozhen and achieving comprehensive rural revitalization.
