The 2019 Specialized Training on Patent Analysis and Layout was held in Jinan, and employees from Yin Ying attended.

From September 4 to 6, 2019, the “2019 Specialized Training on Patent Analysis and Layout Practices,” hosted by the Patent Office of the National Intellectual Property Administration and the China Electronic Enterprise Association, and organized by the Shandong Electronic Society and the Shandong Provincial Information Industry Association, was held in Jinan. A total of 117 participants from research institutes, universities, enterprises, and public institutions across the country attended the training and successfully completed it.

This training session features instructors from relevant departments of the Patent Office of the National Intellectual Property Administration and senior experts. The course content, tailored to the actual needs of enterprises, covers key topics such as practical aspects of patent and intellectual property management, commercialization of scientific and technological achievements in universities and utilization of patent information, corporate patent strategy development, leveraging patent information in technological innovation and technology transfer, and utilizing patent information for enterprises “going global.”

This training course features an innovative learning model. Right from the start, participants were divided into 12 groups based on their respective industries and sectors, with each group consisting of 10 members. Each group was assigned a group leader, and specific research topics were identified for every group. The training adopted a classroom-based approach, emphasizing student-centered, guided instruction. Working around their designated topics, each group benefited from teacher guidance, internal discussions, and collaborative division of labor. In the end, every group submitted reports that greatly impressed the instructors and earned them certificates.
