Shandong Yin Ying Launches a Special Campaign for Comprehensive Safety “Large-Scale Study, Large-Scale Training, and Large-Scale Examination” for All Employees

According to the Provincial Emergency Management Department’s “Regarding the Implementation of Enterprise Safety Production Across the Province” In accordance with the “Notice on the Special Campaign for ‘Comprehensive Study, Comprehensive Training, and Comprehensive Examination’” and the requirements of the municipal and district emergency management authorities, and in order to further implement the spirit of the document and strengthen capabilities in production safety, Yin Ying Company conducted a special campaign from August to September 2021, involving all employees in comprehensive study, comprehensive training, and comprehensive examination on production safety.

Each department of the company has carried out safety production study activities and knowledge training according to the training plan, with department heads taking the lead in learning. Since... Starting on August 19, the company conducted company-level training for middle- and senior-level managers led by General Manager Li, covering the “Compilation of Safety Laws, Regulations, and Important Documents” as well as knowledge on safety production management. The manager of the Environmental and Safety Department provided training to department managers and workshop directors on the contents of the “Guidance Manual for Risk-Based Control and Hazard Remediation in Industrial and Commercial Enterprises.” Workshop directors then focused on key learning for other operational staff and frontline employees, emphasizing safety operating procedures, standards, and job-specific knowledge and skills. They also carried out workshop-level training in conjunction with the “Workshop Directors Talk Safety” initiative. Team leaders conducted team-level training for their team members, organizing training sessions on operating procedures and essential safety knowledge through activities such as Safety Week events and pre- and post-shift meetings. All personnel were rotated through these training sessions at different levels, creating a strong learning atmosphere throughout the company. To ensure the effective implementation of the event The company has specially established a leading group for learning activities. This leading group has developed a special action plan aimed at conducting “large-scale learning, large-scale training, and large-scale examinations” on work safety for all employees. Learning and training will be carried out at different levels and across various departments, with the primary focus on laws, regulations, rules, and standards related to work safety, key documents on work safety, fundamental knowledge about work safety, knowledge related to the dual prevention system, first-aid skills, and other relevant topics. All employees—including company leaders, heads of various centers, department managers, workshop directors, safety management personnel, specially qualified operators, and other general staff—will participate in the three phases of this initiative: large-scale learning, large-scale training, and large-scale examinations.
