Maintenance of the digital vegetable cutter

Electric motors and mechanical components will gradually wear out. Regular cleaning of the components, as well as proper maintenance of moving parts such as drive belts, bearings, gears, and sprockets, can help ensure that these components do not suffer premature damage.

After each use, thoroughly clean the machine to ensure it remains hygienic and clean. When cleaning, do not use sharp objects to clean the material hopper or cutting blades, and never rinse directly with a water hose. Each shift, lubricate the gears and sprockets once with No. 20 motor oil; the recommended amount per application is about ten drops. Replace the grease in the bearings every six months, using calcium-based grease. Change the lubricating oil in the gearbox once every quarter, also using No. 20 motor oil.

During operation, if the machine emits abnormal noises, you must immediately stop the machine and perform a thorough inspection. You may resume work only after the fault has been rectified.

During transportation, the product must be strictly protected against impacts, tipping over, or being placed upside down to avoid damaging the machine and affecting its performance. If the product is not used for an extended period, it should be stored in a dry environment free of corrosive gases and kept away from corrosive substances to prevent damage. (All maintenance and servicing operations must be carried out with the power supply disconnected.)
