Opening Ceremony for the New Apprenticeship Advanced Technician Class

3 On the 2nd, the opening ceremony for the new apprenticeship training program for senior fitter technicians—jointly organized by “Yinying” and Jinan Second Machine Tool Advanced Technical School—was held in the conference room on the fourth floor of the administrative office building. Attending the opening ceremony were Zhang Junren, Deputy Director of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Zhangqiu District; Li Hanyi, Principal of Jinan Second Machine Tool Advanced Technical School; Meng Fanmei, Deputy Director of Diaozhen Subdistrict Office; Li Zhongmin, General Manager of the company; Jiao Nianlei, Chairman of the Board; directors of various centers; representatives of the school’s teaching staff; and participants from the new apprenticeship program.

At the ceremony, Principal Li Hanyi, General Manager Li Zhongmin, and Deputy Director Zhang Junren each delivered speeches, and a representative of the trainees made a statement.

The new apprenticeship system for enterprises is based on the principles of government guidance, enterprise leadership, and institutional participation. Enterprises, in conjunction with actual production needs, independently determine the trainees and adopt a training model characterized by “dual-system collaboration between enterprises and schools, integrating work and study.” This approach seamlessly combines “learning” with “work,” thereby enhancing trainees’ skills in multiple areas, including professional knowledge, operational proficiency, and professional ethics. In this training session, a total of 31 advanced-level apprentice fitters have been trained, with a two-year training period.

After the opening ceremony, Teacher Geng Xinsheng delivered a lecture on “5S Site Management and Safety Training.”
