　　The CX series vegetable washer is a brush-type vegetable washing machine developed by Shandong Yin Ying. It can clean root and tuber vegetables and fruits, such as carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, apples, pears, and red berries. The CX series includes two models: CX100 and CX150. During operation, the CX series vegetable washer can deliver products either continuously or intermittently.

　　The CX series vegetable washer consists primarily of components such as a frame, brush rollers, worm gear reducers, sprockets, chains, and water pipes. The main components are made of stainless steel, and thanks to the use of high-performance bearings, the product’s service life has been significantly extended.

　　The CX-series vegetable washer works by placing the raw materials into the machine, where rotating brush rollers scrub and continuously turn the ingredients. At the same time, a drain pipe continuously sprays water to wash away the dirt and debris loosened from the ingredients until they are thoroughly cleaned. Once cleaning is complete, the discharge door is opened to release the cleaned produce.

How does the CX series vegetable washer work?

　　1. Before use, place the machine on a dry, well-ventilated, and level surface to ensure stable and reliable operation.

　　2. Before use, inspect all components to ensure that fasteners have not come loose during transportation, the power cord has not been damaged due to shipping, and there are no foreign objects between the brush rollers.

　　3. Check whether the power supply voltage matches the voltage required for this unit.

　　4. Please have a qualified electrician perform the wiring. Extend the power cord on the machine, and reliably ground the yellow-green wire marked with the grounding symbol. Connect the remaining three wire cores separately to the terminal blocks of a 5A circuit breaker (provided by the user), and securely fasten the circuit breaker in place. Close the circuit breaker and check whether the rotation direction of the brush roller matches the direction shown in Figure 1. If not, adjust any two of the three wire cores to ensure the correct rotation direction, then run the machine at no load for a trial operation.

　　After use, the machine must be cleaned with the power disconnected.
