　　3. Operators must wear work clothes with sleeves that are not too long and a work cap.

　　4. Before starting the machinery, it is essential to check that the protective devices and power supply are intact and free of any abnormalities.

　　5. After starting, you must observe for 1–2 minutes to ensure that the equipment is running normally before use.

　　6. The amount of potatoes added should not exceed one-third of the bucket’s capacity; adding too much could cause the motor to jam.

　　7. As you add the potatoes, open the water valve for the sprinkler system to allow water to trickle down slowly. Once the potatoes have been completely peeled, open the potato discharge door.

　　8. When importing raw materials, absolutely no manual contact with running machinery is allowed.

　　9. After use, first close the spray water valve and then disconnect the power supply. During cleaning, never allow water to come into contact with electrical equipment to prevent moisture ingress, which could cause electric leakage or short circuits.

　　10. If you detect any abnormal conditions such as electrical leakage, immediately disconnect the power supply and stop the machine. Report the issue to your supervisor for handling; do not attempt to repair the machine yourself without authorization.
