The MP30 steamed bun forming machine is a new product developed on the basis of the original forming machine. It features excellent shaping and precise measurement, making it ideal for processing wheat steamed bun flour into well-formed, round-top buns with uniform weight. The machine employs a combination of extrusion, conveying, shearing, and rounding processes to produce cylindrical steamed buns with flat tops. It is widely suitable for use in government offices, factories, mines, school cafeterias, and specialized steamed bun processing facilities. Production capacity: 30 buns per minute; standard bun weights: 5, 6, 7, 8, or 10 buns per 500 grams of dry flour (recommended flour-to-water ratio in dough: 1:0.4 or 0.45). Motor power: 1.5 kW; overall dimensions: 580 x 660 x 978 mm.
