The YZB40 steamed bun forming machine is a highly efficient piece of equipment designed for food processing plants to produce steamed buns and other filled pastries. It complies with the standards issued by the Ministry in “SB140-83” as well as national food hygiene requirements. Independently designed and developed, this machine integrates the advantages of similar products into one, boasting excellent performance. The steamed buns produced by this machine have an attractive appearance and delightful taste, providing the necessary conditions for the mechanized and automated production of traditional steamed buns and related products. The machine employs the embossing and shaping principle using engraved molds, enabling one-step forming with uniform appearance and size. The main working components of this machine include the frame, dough feeding mechanism, filling feeding mechanism, forming mechanism, and conveyor belt. During operation, the dough is fed by the dough feeding mechanism to the machine’s head outlet, where it forms a hollow dough tube. Meanwhile, the filling is delivered by the filling feeding mechanism to the filling tube outlet at the machine’s head, creating a dough column filled with stuffing. Subsequently, the forming mechanism’s blades cut the dough column into evenly sized steamed buns.
