On the morning of January 8, the signing ceremony for the cooperation agreement between Qingdao University of Science and Technology and Shandong Yin Ying was held at the Yin Ying company. On the morning of the 7th, Dean Chi and his team of four drove from Qingdao through freezing weather to Zhangqiu. Despite the harsh conditions, they immediately got down to business and conducted a thorough on-site inspection of the company. They engaged in extensive discussions with the company on topics including automated product upgrades, data collection and measurement, artificial intelligence technologies, integrated equipment, process improvements, development of derivative products, internet platforms, and mastery of high-end markets—sharing their sincerity and wisdom without reservation. Attending the signing ceremony were Secretary Li Changyong of the Party Working Committee of Diaozhen, Chairman Duan Debing of the District Federation of Industry and Commerce, Dean Chi Ronghu of the School of Automation, Dr. Shao Wei, Dr. Yao Wenlong, Dr. Yue Yaobin, as well as Director Zheng Biaoyou of Service Team Three, Director Meng Hongxiang, and Section Chief Chen Bing. This visit was facilitated by the active coordination of the leadership of Service Team Three. On November 25 last year, General Manager Li Zhongmin led a delegation to Qingdao University of Science and Technology for a study tour and reached a preliminary agreement on cooperation. The signing of this agreement will undoubtedly mark the beginning of further expanding cooperation and achieving win-win outcomes for both sides.

Experts and professors from Shanghai Jiao Tong University visited Yin Ying to provide inspection and guidance.

On January 6 and 7, 2021, Gu Chengling, Deputy Director of the Cadre Training Center at the School of Humanities of Shanghai Jiao Tong University; Professor Wang Shigang from the Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Control at the School of Mechanical and Power Engineering; and Dr. Tang Mingdong were invited to visit, inspect, and provide guidance at “Yinying.” They were received by Li Zhongmin, General Manager; Jiao Nianlei, Chairman of the Board; and Jiao Feng, Technical Director. In the afternoon of the 6th, the delegation from Shanghai Jiao Tong University—including experts and professors—watched a company promotional video and then conducted an on-site inspection of the production workshop. They also held substantive discussions on specific details regarding “industry-academia-research” cooperation. The visit by the Shanghai Jiao Tong University delegation was facilitated with the active support and coordination of leaders from the district federation of trade unions as well as Liu Weifeng, Manager of Xiamen Hannojia Education Consulting Co., Ltd. Earlier, Wei Guiqiang, Director of the Production Department of the district federation of trade unions, Liu Weifeng, Manager, and Jiao Nianlei, Chairman of the company’s board, had visited Shanghai Jiao Tong University for study and preliminary contact, and extended a warm invitation to the delegation to come and provide guidance.

The 5th General Assembly of the China Association for Management of Light Industry Enterprises and the 1st Expanded Meeting of the 5th Council were held in Beijing—“Yingying” sent representatives to attend the meeting.

On November 26, the 5th Members’ Congress and the 1st Session of the 5th Council (Expanded) of the China Association for Management of Light Industry Enterprises were held in Beijing. The congress was chaired by Li Tongxi, Vice Chairman of the 4th Council of the China Association for Management of Light Industry Enterprises, and was attended by nearly 240 representatives from the association’s council members and member enterprises. Zhang Chonghe, President of the China National Light Industry Council, and Zhang Jun, a Second-Level Inspector of the Consumer Goods Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Wang Shicheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the China National Light Industry Council, also attended the meeting. Han Xuemei, Deputy Director of the Party Building and Personnel Department of the China National Light Industry Council, read out the notice regarding the selection of leadership members for the Supervisory Board of the 5th Council of the China Association for Management of Light Industry Enterprises. Liu Chenglu, Chairman of the China Association for Management of Light Industry Enterprises, presented the work report of the 4th Council. In his speech, Zhang Chonghe pointed out that the China Association for Management of Light Industry Enterprises is a professional industry association dedicated to guiding the improvement of enterprise management and serving innovation in enterprise management. Over the past five years, the association has carried out extensive and effective work to promote the enhancement of management standards in the light industry sector. In the past five years, it has recommended more than 120 management innovation achievements for evaluation in the light industry sector and selected over 30 outstanding corporate culture achievements in the light industry. The association has also strengthened industry information services, using various forms to publicize national policies, showcase the operation of the light industry sector, promote enterprise management innovation, and guide the healthy development of the light industry. He put forward five hopes for the association’s future work: uphold the association’s original mission; guide enterprise management innovation; promote corporate culture development; carry forward the spirit of entrepreneurship; and strengthen the association’s own capacity-building. Through an anonymous ballot held on-site, the meeting elected Liu Chenglu as the Chairman of the 5th Council of the China Association for Management of Light Industry Enterprises, and Guo Hesheng as the Resident Vice Chairman and Secretary-General. During the voting process, Li Tongxi read out the Decision on the 2020 Modernization Innovation Achievements in Enterprise Management of the Light Industry and presented certificates. The company “Yingying” was awarded the title of “National Advanced Unit for Corporate Culture in the Light Industry”; General Manager Li Zhongmin and Chairman Jiao Nianlei were honored with the title of “National Advanced Individual in Enterprise Management of the Light Industry.” The company’s submitted modernization innovation achievement, “Strategic Transformation of Enterprise Management under ‘Epidemic’ Prevention and Control,” won the Third Prize of the “2020 National Modernization Innovation Achievement in Enterprise Management of the Light Industry.”

The 2nd Expanded Meeting of the 8th Council of the China Association for Enterprise Management in the Machinery Industry was held in Beijing—“Yingying” sent representatives to attend.

On November 27, 2020, the second expanded meeting of the 8th Council of the China Machinery Industry Enterprise Management Association was held in Beijing. The meeting was chaired by Yang Yiping, Executive Vice Chairman, and was attended by more than 200 participants, including vice chairmen of the China Machinery Enterprise Association, members of the Advisory Committee, Supervisory Board, Standing Directors, and representatives from member enterprises. At the meeting, Yu Zhongchi, President of the China Machinery Industry Enterprise Management Association, delivered a work report titled “Grasping the New Stage, Implementing New Concepts, and Building a New Pattern—Contributing to the Development of China’s Machinery Industry.” The report summarized the Association’s work in 2020 and outlined plans for next year’s tasks. Zhu Jinping, Deputy Director of the Advisory Committee, presented an explanation of the “14th Five-Year Plan for Enterprise Management Development in the Machinery Industry (Draft for Review).” Special committees on general industry, financial consulting, development and strategic reform, legal and compliance, and talent cultivation, as well as the National Craftsmen Branch, each gave brief introductions to their respective work. Cai Weici, Special Advisor to the China Machinery Industry Federation and Deputy Director of the Expert Committee, delivered a report entitled “Observing Changes and Responding Actively—A Brief Analysis of the Operating Situation in the Machinery Industry.” Naoyuki Morita, former Vice Chairman of Japan Airlines and one of the original creators of the Amoeba Management System, shared his experience and insights on “Amoeba Management Thinking and Practice.” Secretary-General Yang Zheng, on behalf of the Association, released the 2020 “Top 500 Chinese Machinery Enterprises” research report and presented certificates. Additionally, the Association honored the organizations and individuals that had won awards in the 2019 “Demonstration Project for Modernization of Enterprise Management in the Machinery Industry.” The company “Silver Eagle” was awarded the title of “Demonstration Enterprise for Management Progress” by the China Machinery Industry Enterprise Management Association; General Manager Li Zhongmin was recognized as an Outstanding Entrepreneur in the National Machinery Industry for the 9th time.

Yinying Company Wins Provincial Enterprise Technology Innovation Award Shandong Yinying Cooking Machinery Co., Ltd. has received awards for multiple projects. Among them, the “Modular Intelligent Fresh Vegetable and Ingredient Processing Equipment” and the “Commercial CNC Cutting Equipment for Fruits and Vegetables” each won the First Prize for Outstanding New Products; while the “Knife-Cut Steamed Bun Machine,” the “Modular Dough Conveying and Pressing Elevator,” and the “Research and Application of Jet Nozzles for Rice Washers” each earned the Second Prize for Outstanding Achievements.
