Launch the “Ten Thousand Police Officers Enter Ten Thousand Enterprises” initiative to boost business confidence.

According to the requirements of the District Party Committee’s Political and Legal Affairs Commission’s “Notice on Launching the ‘Ten Thousand Police Officers Enter Ten Thousand Enterprises’ Initiative,” on September 9, leaders from the District Court, Procuratorate, Public Security Bureau, and Justice Bureau went deep into enterprises to carry out the “Ten Thousand Police Officers Enter Ten Thousand Enterprises” initiative. Ren Wenzeng, Director of the Town Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Park, and Li Zhongmin, General Manager of the company, attended the symposium. General Manager Li Zhongmin first reported on the company’s situation: At the beginning of the 2020 Spring Festival, the sudden outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic posed a severe challenge to the real economy. “The epidemic is an order; prevention and control is our responsibility.” Under the correct leadership of party committees and governments at all levels, the company responded proactively and took the lead in establishing a company-level epidemic service task force. The team delivered gloves, cotton overcoats, cotton hats, and other supplies worth over 10,000 yuan to frontline epidemic prevention personnel, and donated 20,000 yuan in cash. The company also took the lead in mobilizing party members and cadres to donate a total of 35,100 yuan. Additionally, it donated 5,000 yuan in cash to Wangsan Village and Caozhuang Village, which were paired for assistance and support. To help schools resume classes, the company made a one-time donation of biomass graphene masks worth 100,000 yuan, demonstrating its commitment and sense of responsibility. While effectively controlling the epidemic, the company remained steadfast in pursuing economic development. In response to the emergence and spread of the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic and to better protect the safety of every employee, the company actively responded to the government’s call and postponed resuming work twice, finally resuming operations officially on February 10. After resuming work, we promptly implemented a series of measures to quickly eliminate the adverse effects brought by the epidemic. By April, conditions gradually improved. In the first half of 2020, thanks to the joint efforts of all the company’s employees and cadres, the company’s financial chain operated normally, with no risks related to debts or receivables, maintaining a stable, healthy, and sustainable development trend. The company produced a total of 20,082 complete machines, achieving an output value of 109.42 million yuan, and completed 1,922.665 tons of various castings. Although affected by the epidemic, the company’s economic indicators compared to the same period last year were not very optimistic. However, the state has stepped up tax reductions and support measures, enabling the company to achieve an actual profit of 7.38 million yuan—a 10% increase over the same period last year—and export earnings actually rose instead of falling, reaching 1.5 million US dollars. Faced with the impact of the epidemic, the Party and the government have attached great importance to the real economy and strongly supported the development of private enterprises, doing everything possible to create favorable conditions for production activities. As a real enterprise, we feel greatly encouraged and are full of confidence in the future. In our daily production and operation, we firmly implement the decisions and deployments of the Party and the government, shoulder our main responsibilities, and will surely work together with determination and perseverance to overcome the epidemic, reinvigorate our development, and move steadily toward long-term success amid turbulent times. Together, we will build a bright and prosperous home for Yin Ying. Finally, the leaders discussed practical issues such as intellectual property protection, malicious competition among enterprises, counterfeit and substandard products, and price wars. They all expressed that they would further strengthen support for enterprises, especially those that are strong and growing, and vigorously support the development of local enterprises, cultivating leading enterprises that become well-known trademarks and brands in the local economy.

The working principle of a multi-purpose vegetable cutter.

Multi-purpose vegetable slicers are increasingly being accepted by users because of their simple operation and time- and labor-saving benefits, making them widely popular. But how exactly do these multi-purpose vegetable slicers work? A vegetable slicer mainly consists of a frame, a conveyor belt, a pressing belt, a slicing mechanism, and a pulley-based speed-regulating mechanism. The centrifugal slicing mechanism is used for slicing hard vegetables such as melons and potatoes; the thickness of the slices can be freely adjusted within a certain range. The vertical blade section can process soft leafy vegetables or pre-sliced pieces into various shapes, such as cubes or diamonds, in different sizes. The length of the vegetable slices can be arbitrarily adjusted within a certain range via an “adjustable eccentric wheel.” Since the vertical blade mimics the principle of manual vegetable slicing, the processed surfaces are smooth and even, the shapes are regular, and the tissue of the sliced vegetables remains intact, preserving their freshness. Before starting work, perform a test cut to check whether the size of the sliced vegetables matches the required specifications. If not, adjust either the slice thickness or the cutting length accordingly until the desired specifications are met, then proceed with normal operation. To install the vertical blade: First, rotate the adjustable eccentric wheel so that the blade holder reaches the bottom dead center. Then, lift the blade holder upward by 1–2 millimeters until the vertical blade comes into contact with the conveyor belt, and finally tighten the nut to secure the vertical blade onto the blade holder. Note: The height to which the blade holder is lifted can be adjusted according to the type of vegetable being sliced. If the blade holder is lifted too low, the vegetable may get caught on the blade; if it’s lifted too high, the conveyor belt could be damaged. Adjusting the slicer: Rotate the adjustable eccentric wheel, loosen the connecting rod fastening screw, and move the pivot point outward for fine slicing (with the opening facing upward at this time); for coarse slicing, move the pivot point inward (with the opening facing downward at this time). After adjusting, tighten the adjustment screw securely. When choosing a multi-purpose vegetable slicer, be sure to select one from a reputable manufacturer, as it can be paired with Yin Ying’s vegetable washing machines.
