How to quickly chop the filling?

Steamed buns are loved by many people. Starting the day with a basket of steamed buns and a bowl of congee—back in the day, the fillings for homemade steamed buns had to be chopped by hand, especially those requiring fine mincing, which was time-consuming and labor-intensive. The advent of vegetable filling machines has solved this problem, particularly for bun shops that need large quantities of filling every day. Vegetable filling machines have won widespread popularity among users thanks to their simple operation and broad applicability. So, how do you operate a vegetable filling machine? Let’s walk you through it step by step. 1. Close the open-type load switch and press the start button. Make sure the vegetable basin rotates counterclockwise—that’s the correct direction. Only when the machine runs smoothly without any unusual noises can you proceed to test it. 2. Before starting the machine, check that there are no foreign objects inside the vegetable basin, and ensure that the ingredients being chopped don’t contain any hard or sharp objects, as these could damage the blades or cause other malfunctions. 3. It’s best to feed vegetables into the machine without letting them touch the blade guard. For larger pieces of vegetables, cut them into smaller chunks first before feeding them into the machine. During the feeding process, never accidentally drop any foreign objects into the basin, as this could damage the blades. 4. If you notice any unusual noises during operation, don’t reach into the machine directly to check—it’s safer to turn off the power first and then perform the inspection. 5. After each use, clean the basin thoroughly. Avoid rinsing it directly with water. Also, remember to lubricate any parts that require oiling to prevent the gears from grinding dry and causing damage to the machine. The vegetable filling machine can be used in combination with vegetable washing machines, filling mixers, and other equipment.

Benefits of using a vegetable cutter

In the past, vegetable cutting in cafeterias was done entirely by hand, requiring a large workforce and consuming both time and effort. Manual vegetable cutting simply couldn't keep up with demand. The introduction of vegetable-cutting machines has solved this problem. There are many different styles and models of vegetable-cutting machines available, and models produced by different manufacturers vary considerably. Although they may look similar on the outside, their materials can differ significantly. Faced with so many models, it’s easy to feel confused about which one to choose—after all, how do you pick the right machine for your needs? Sometimes when browsing through products, people find themselves overwhelmed by the sheer number of vegetable-cutting machines available. In fact, when selecting a vegetable-cutting machine, the first thing you need to do is clearly define what kind of vegetables you want to cut and what specific sizes you require. Only by having a clear understanding of these details can you avoid being unsure about which model to choose. At first, some people might feel that machine-cut vegetables don’t compare to those cut by hand. But that’s not actually the case. Before being released onto the market, every machine undergoes rigorous testing. Typically, vegetables are cut into shreds, slices, chunks, dice, or fillings—precisely according to customer specifications. Cafeterias and restaurants increasingly rely on these machines for vegetable cutting because they help save costs. Generally, the models most commonly produced by manufacturers are the YQC series and the CHD series. The shift from manual to machine-based vegetable cutting reflects the demands of our times. When making a purchase, you should consider various factors carefully. It’s a good idea to visit the manufacturer’s facility in person to take a closer look. Vegetable-cutting machines can also be used in combination with vegetable washers, potato peelers, and other equipment.

How to use the steamed bun maker

Since ancient times, food has been considered the most important thing for the people—this truth remains unchanged. Among various types of noodle dishes, steamed buns are particularly popular, with mantou taking the lead. As a staple food enjoyed by the masses, mantou are sold in many places, whether handmade or machine-made—they’re universally loved. With the passage of time, people no longer make mantou at home; instead, they prefer to buy them from specialized mantou bakeries. As a result, numerous mantou bakeries have sprung up, and making mantou has become a favorite business venture for entrepreneurs. Consequently, people’s demands for mantou-making equipment have also risen. This has led to the development of integrated machines that combine dough mixing and mantou-making functions. So, how do you operate such a machine? Let’s take a look at the instructions below. First, check whether the equipment is damaged and hire a professional technician to install the electrical wiring. Place the machine in a well-ventilated area. Before starting to mix dough, run the machine empty for a few minutes to see if there are any unusual noises. If you notice any abnormal sounds, immediately disconnect the power and inspect the machine. When the machine makes unusual noises during operation, never reach into it directly. Instead, turn off the power first and then carry out the necessary checks and repairs. Each time you mix dough, ensure that the amount of dough you use complies with the machine’s specified capacity—never exceed the recommended dough volume. After use, be sure to clean the machine thoroughly. To disassemble it, first loosen the nut on the dough outlet to separate it from the threads on the front cover. Then, push the dough conveyor away from the forming machine until it detaches. Next, remove the dough outlet and the feeding sleeve, and clean out any remaining dough inside. Once cleaning is complete, reassemble the parts in the reverse order of disassembly: start by putting the last-disassembled part back in place, then proceed with the earlier ones. The integrated dough-mixing and mantou-making machine was developed in response to the needs of our times and can be paired with a shaping machine to produce high-quality zhuang-style mantou.

How to make delicious and chewy noodles

Besides steamed buns, which are a popular type of noodle dish, noodles themselves are also widely loved—especially in northern regions. In cold weather, enjoying a bowl of noodles is an excellent way to keep warm. Noodles available on the market come in two main types: dried noodles and fresh noodles. This means there are machines specifically designed for producing both fresh and dried noodles. So, how do you operate a machine that makes fresh noodles? (1) Inspection: Before each use, check the dough hopper for any debris or contaminants, and clean it as needed. (2) Test Run: Before starting the rolling process, connect the power supply and press the “Start” button to run the noodle machine empty for several rotations. During this test, check for any unusual noises, ensure the dough hopper is securely fastened, and verify that the transmission system is functioning properly. Never operate the machine in the reverse direction. (3) Mixing the Dough: The moisture content during dough mixing must be appropriate, as it directly affects the quality of the noodles. The ideal standard for dough mixing is as follows: The mixed dough should have a loose, granular texture; when squeezed firmly by hand, it should form a ball but easily crumble back into granules when gently pinched. The typical ratio of flour to water is around 10:2.7 to 10:3.0, assuming a standard flour moisture content of 14%. (4) Feeding the Dough: It’s best to let the mixed dough rest for about ten minutes before proceeding with the pressing process. Evenly pour the rested dough into the hopper, where it will automatically feed into the first pair of rollers and be initially pressed into sheets. The sheets then move on to the second pair of rollers for further flattening. After being flattened, the dough sheets are manually pulled out and fed into the third pair of rollers. Once processed through the third pair of rollers, the dough sheets automatically proceed to the fourth pair of rollers for additional thinning and smoothing. Next, the dough sheets pass through the noodle-cutting blade, which cuts them into uniformly sized noodles. Finally, a conveyor belt transports the cut noodles out of the machine. Noodles produced by fresh noodle machines are delicious and chewy, and they can be made using a dough-mixing machine as well.
